Sean has been a resident of Vancouver Island most of his life and has been a part of the Victoria Community for the last 20 years.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Victoria, and the Carson Dunlop Home Inspector Training program. Carson Dunlop is one of the most respected names in the professional home inspection industry. He is a licensed home inspector through Consumer Protection BC, and is a member in good standing with the Home Inspectors Association of BC (formerly CAHPI BC). He is Infrared Certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and is WETT Certified as a Level 1 SITE Inspector. Sean is also certified through CDW Engineering to perform commercial inspections.

Sean's expertise is complemented by his extensive knowledge and work experience in residential and commercial construction in British Columbia over the past 2 decades. He has an eye for detail and knows the intricacies of construction and building that can only be gained through experience. This is one of the most valuable assets to his business, but it’s his passion for what he does that makes him a successful home inspector.
