We offer a variety of inspections including pre-purchase, pre-listing, and pre-offer home inspections, new construction deficiency inspections, thermal imaging inspections, 2-5-10 home warranty inspections, and WETT inspections.
Following the inspection, we will review our findings with you, and answer any questions you have. You will be emailed a .pdf copy of your report the same day as the inspection. Some inspectors offer on-site generic reports with very little detail on your investment purchase. We take the time to put together a full comprehensive highly detailed report that identifies and illustrates the problem areas. With every inspection we include FREE thermal imaging scans of the electrical panels, heating systems, and suspect moisture areas.
